Business Property Development is a family-owned developer and operator of retail, office, and flex properties.

Based in Canyon Park on the north side of Bothell, we focus on Puget Sound’s I-5 Corridor. Our business is geared towards providing space for small and medium-size enterprises: From restaurants and grocery stores to clinics, banks, yoga studios, and technology companies.

We also count many brands with nationwide reach among our tenants, including McDonald’s, Starbucks, and Chipotle.

Beginning in 1984, Roger Belanich developed Canyon Park Business Center, located at the strategic I-405 and WA-527 (Bothell-Everett Highway) interchange.

“CPBC” remains one of the primary employment centers in Greater Seattle, and has been a major driver in the region’s spectacular growth in recent decades, particularly in the Technology and Life Sciences sectors.

Our office is located within the Plaza at the Park shopping center, at the main entrance to CPBC from Bothell-Everett Highway.
